How your details are used
- Who holds it
- claws by ash, the one-person studio run by Ash in Petaling Jaya. Nobody else works here, so nobody else reads your booking.
- What the booking page asks for
- Your name and a mobile number, which are needed to hold a slot. Your Instagram username, a note, a reference picture and a referral name are all optional, and leaving them out changes nothing. Your deposit receipt is needed to confirm the slot.
- Why
- To hold your slot, check your deposit, message you about the appointment, credit a referral, and keep a record that you accepted her booking terms.
- What it is never used for
- It is not sold, shared for advertising, or added to any mailing list. You will only hear from her about your own booking.
- Where it is kept
- In a private database run by Supabase, on servers in Singapore. The site itself is hosted by Netlify. When you book, Ash gets an email alert with your name, number and note. It is sent through Resend, an email delivery service, so those details pass through their servers on the way. Photos and receipts are never public: she sees them through links that expire within an hour.
- On your own phone
- After you book, this phone or browser remembers your Instagram username, name and number, so they are filled in next time. It stays on your device and is not sent anywhere else. Tap "Not you?" on the booking page to make it forget.
- One technical detail
- A scrambled form of your internet address is stored with each booking, only to stop one person holding many slots at once. It cannot be turned back into the address.
- How long
- Reference pictures and deposit receipts are deleted 90 days after your appointment. The booking record is deleted 12 months after it was made. If you missed an appointment, your number stays on her no-show list until she removes it.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see what she holds about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by messaging @claws_by.ash on Instagram. She will reply within 21 days. A booking that is still coming up has to be cancelled before its record can be deleted.

- Apa yang diminta
- Nama dan nombor telefon bimbit anda, yang diperlukan untuk menempah slot. Nama pengguna Instagram, nota, gambar rujukan dan nama perujuk adalah pilihan, dan tidak mengisinya tidak menjejaskan apa-apa. Resit deposit diperlukan untuk mengesahkan slot.
- Mengapa
- Untuk menempah slot anda, menyemak deposit, menghubungi anda tentang temujanji, mengkreditkan rujukan, dan menyimpan rekod bahawa anda menerima terma tempahannya.
- Tidak digunakan untuk
- Data anda tidak dijual, tidak dikongsi untuk pengiklanan, dan tidak dimasukkan ke dalam senarai mel. Anda hanya akan dihubungi tentang tempahan anda sendiri.
- Di mana ia disimpan
- Dalam pangkalan data peribadi yang dikendalikan oleh Supabase, di pelayan di Singapura. Laman web ini dihoskan oleh Netlify. Apabila anda menempah, Ash menerima makluman e-mel dengan nama, nombor dan nota anda. Ia dihantar melalui Resend, perkhidmatan penghantaran e-mel, jadi butiran tersebut melalui pelayan mereka. - Di telefon anda sendiri
- Selepas anda menempah, telefon atau pelayar ini mengingati nama pengguna Instagram, nama dan nombor anda supaya ia diisi secara automatik pada masa akan datang. Ia kekal di peranti anda dan tidak dihantar ke mana-mana. Tekan "Bukan anda?" di halaman tempahan untuk memadamnya.
- Satu butiran teknikal
- Bentuk alamat internet anda yang telah dikodkan disimpan bersama setiap tempahan, hanya untuk menghalang seseorang daripada memegang banyak slot sekaligus. Ia tidak boleh ditukar semula kepada alamat asal.
- Berapa lama
- Gambar rujukan dan resit deposit dipadam 90 hari selepas temujanji anda. Rekod tempahan dipadam 12 bulan selepas ia dibuat. Jika anda tidak hadir, nombor anda kekal dalam senarai tidak hadir sehingga dia membuangnya.
- Hak anda
- Anda boleh meminta untuk melihat, membetulkan atau memadam data anda dengan menghantar mesej kepada @claws_by.ash di Instagram. Dia akan membalas dalam masa 21 hari. Tempahan yang akan datang perlu dibatalkan dahulu sebelum rekodnya boleh dipadam.
