How long a slot stays reserved while someone pays. Too short and a slow banking app loses them the slot; too long and a browsed-away tab blocks a Saturday.

Your 48-hour rule. Customers cannot book a slot that starts sooner than this. Cancelling and moving are always through you, by Instagram message.
